Riza comes from North Sumatra and has wide hotel experience. She managed several big hotels in Medan before she joined Grand Nanggroe. Riza is a very active woman who is interested in many things.

She performed a long modelling career, has some experience in event organization, and has also been involved in some TV productions as an actress.
