Mr. Harry Saptadi General Manager Harry has been in hospitality industry for nearly 25 years. His past experience includes working for renowned hotel chains such as Novotel, Mandarin Oriental, Le Meridien and Santika Jakarta.These and his strong academic background (graduated from Hotel Institute Management, Les Avants, Switzerland around 20 years ago and from BPLP Bandung) has put Harry in an opportune position to manage Hermes Palace Banda Aceh to live up to its name even in a challenging landscape. Harry enjoys travelling and he would be happy to offer his guests a few of Aceh's travelling insights.

"The Hotel is very nice and clean; the ambiance is beautiful,lovely swimming pool; the staffs are friendly and helpful, the service is good, breakfast is very good, the hotel has nice pastries at the lobby. please try. Wonderful stay. Loved it."
