"High time the hotel undergo a major renovation work. There are too many shortcomings for me to quote. Suffice for the management to have a personal look at all the rooms to determine the validity of my comment."

"Breakfast was good with egg station and nice aceh noodles. The room was definately worn and dated, but for the price it was ok (although for the same USD35 I have stayed in much nicer places). I knew the quality when I booked, but just wanted a place to lay my head down and this suited my needs."

"I was very disappointed that when I tried to check in at the hotel no booking details were available. I was told that the hotel didnt receive anything from WHL including the 10% deposit. Kindly look into this matter and contact me immediately.

"Hotel was normal for Indonesia. No hot water, but AC worked. Bathroom toilet leaked and floor was always wet. Hotel staff helpful. BUT, hotel was unaware booking service had attached itself to their web site and was charging a fee for booking. We lost our 10% booking fee. Hotel staff also warned us against the gentleman running the service, and suggested we book directly to the hotel next time. Although I had originally tried to do that, the booking service had attached itself to the hotel web site, or something similar, so booking directly through hotel was not possible."
